Delivery & Shipping Options
First of all, we do NOT allow shipping in cargo. We never truly had any issues with shipping in cargo, but the fear of not knowing who is handling our babies at all times has caused us to stop. We do allow shipping in cabin though.
We currently offer meeting you at our airport when you fly in, shipping in cabin with a flight nanny, using a ground transporter, or traveling to us, usually to a public meeting location.. Read below for a more detailed description of each.
1. Meeting you at our airport ...
I can meet you at our local airport in Nashville, Tennessee (BNA) free of charge. You can fly in, meet up with me usually at the drive up Departing Flights Southwest (at the far end), and then return home on a return flight. Please talk with me prior to booking the flight as some airlines do not allow pets in cabin as well as I need to verify I will be available to drive to Nashville, Tennessee that day. You will be responsible for your own tickets, puppy ticket, and airline approved pet carrier.
*With this option you can pay remainder at pick-up
2. Shipping in cabin with a Flight Nanny ...
We use a licensed flight nanny to fly with your puppy in cabin to your nearest airport. The cost of this option does vary. Although lately the flight nanny we have been using is a flat rate of $700 (additional if it requires an over night stay). The flight nanny’s fees are paid directly to him/her when you meet him/her for your new puppy. I can contact the flight nanny and verify he/she can take your puppy to you on your desired date. As well as finalize the arrangements for you. On the day of your puppy’s flight … Your new puppy and I will meet the flight nanny at the Nashville Airport free of charge for my travels.
*With this option contract and payment in full will need to be taken care of about 10 days prior to flight. Some Flight Nannys require partial payment up front and remainder due at delivery.
3. Ground Transportation ...
I do have a ground transporter with very reasonable prices. She will love and care for your puppy in transport to you. She can also deliver your puppy right to your driveway.
*With this option contract and payment in full will need to be taken care of about 10 days prior to transport. Some transporters require partial payment up front and remainder due at delivery.
4. Traveling to us ...
If you are choosing to travel to us, we do try to meet you within about 30 minutes free of charge. Normal meeting towns are Smithville, Tennessee Walmart parking lot on the side by Dollar tree 515 W. Broad Street, Smithville, Tennessee 37166 or McMinnville, Tennessee Walmart parking lot by the big Walmart sign 915 N. Chancery Street, McMinnville, Tennessee 37110, whichever is closer for you.
